A step on the way to becoming a Rescue Diver, this first aid course will teach you all you need to know to help in an accident.  The course is not specific to diving and teaches things that everybody really should learn as you never know when you are going to need to help somebody.  We are not aiming to turn people into doctors; all we do is instil the confidence in people to try and help somebody that is in trouble.

We start off with accessing accident scenes so you stay safe while helping.  There is then a comprehensive practical session where we teach you all the basic first aid techniques you will need such as CPR, how to deal with bleeding, shock and choking and much more.  The course only takes one day but what you learn will be useful for a lifetime.
